Custom and personalised orders
Q: I love your hats, but would like to buy more than one/like it made in a different colour. Do you take commissions?
A: Yes, I welcome commissions! I have many different yarn types and colours - I'm sure I can find something to suit your needs. Please convo me with your request :)
Q: I have an idea for a hat that I have designed myself - would you be willing to make it for me?
A: Absolutely! I welcome commissions of all kinds, and would very much enjoy working with you to make your own special hat a reality :)
Sizing details
Q: Do you make hats for other dolls, apart from Neo Blythe?
A: Yes, I also make for Middie Blythe, Pullip, Dal and Disney Animator. I am also technically able to make hats for any size doll, as long as I have the head measurement. Please convo for details and prices :)
Care instructions
Q: Am I able to wash my hats?
A: Although the yarn I use to make my hats are washing machine washable, I would advise against doing this due to other components of the hats i.e. felt faces and appliqué. I would say you'd be best off lightly cleaning them by hand with a damp cloth
Gift wrapping and packaging
Q: The hat I'm buying is a gift for a friend; are you able to gift wrap it for me?
A: I present all my hats in a clear cellophane bag, together with a brand sticker and Thank-You note card. If you require your hat wrapped further/differently, please contact me and this can be arranged at a small additional cost
Q: How do you package your hats - I'm worried about them getting damaged in the mail...
A: As well as the above mentioned presentation packaging, I post my hats off in roomy, durable bubble-wrap lined envelopes. I never squish hats into a small envelope, and so far I have had no reports of damaged hats on arrival at their new homes :)

Q: I would like to buy a large number of your hats for my line of custom dolls/doll clothing company. Do you take wholesale orders?
A: Yep, definitely! I have completed large wholesale orders for doll designers in the past, and would be more than happy to do so again. I can offer a discounted price for bulk orders over 30 pieces - the more you order, the cheaper they get :) Please feel free to convo me if you have any questions!
